this piece is big and beautiful its so cute and my daughter loves playing with itit was a little hard to put together but came out greatMy daughter loves this dollhouse - it got a big jaw drop and “woooow” from my mostly non-verbal 4 year old. Her big brother and her cousins all love it too. And all of them spent the better part of an hour playing with it - without fighting - a dollhouse miracle lol! It’s huge and she loves that it’s taller than she is. We use her calico critters in it but I bought other furniture (1:12 size). It’s a tad pricey but I wanted something that could grow into the Barbie years - and this will accommodate. Everyone who has seen it thinks it’s adorable. If you’re hesitant like I was, my advice is buy it!Great decor item that works as a bookshelf or dollhouse for 1:6 scale dolls. Currently have it in use in our nursery but have also set up furniture for future use as a dollhouse! The stairs add a fun element for kids and are easily removable for more space to be used on the ground floor. The thin slat back I think would have been better with just three (one for each floor instead of the many slim ones it comes with. Makes wallpapering the back walls difficult/impossible. Other than this, I love itThe product arrived damaged, but in a spot that can not be seen once assembled so I did not return. The exposed screws keeps the bookcase from looking finished. Potential to look super cute is there!Love. Love. Love. I was buying the Martha Stewart dollhouse bookcase and wayfair absolutely aggravated me so I bought this one for less than half of the price. I am so glad I did. Although er smaller than the Martha Stewart, this is a functional dollhouse. - not just a bookcase. This is for my daughters nursery, but my 2 year old plays with it all the time- brings his avenger action figures in to play house. Lol. Anyway the size is bigger than my 2.5 year old so not dinky at all and it’s so cute. My husband didn’t complain about putting it together so I’m guessing not that hard! The only thing it’s missing is those little screw covers. It drives me crazy that I can see holes with the screws but I am 97% satisfied.Cute bookcase. Took a bit to assemble but not hard. Only main complaint is all of the screws are left uncovered. Needs covers for screw holes. Probably would buy something different if I had known all of the crew holes would be showing.It's a really cute dollhouse, but not the best quality. Several key pieces of the wood we received were badly damaged with paint peeling off. Meanwhile, the screws show which was disappointing. The product is so heavy that it's not really worth hauling it to the Post Office to return, but for the money I was expecting better quality.Pretty easy to assemble. Could be made of more durable wood. They do not include white stickers for the screw covers so it looks weird without it. I purchased white stickers separately to cover the screws.
